Dangerous Goods Reference

What can passengers & crew carry?

Quick-reference guide for dangerous goods acceptance. Items are listed reflecting the most restrictive of either the ICAO Technical Instructions or the applicable air operator's policies and approvals. Where an item is more restrictive than the ICAO baseline, this is noted within the item.

Based on ICAO Doc 9284 Technical Instructions 2025–2026 Edition incorporating Addendum No. 1 (27 March 2026). For guidance purposes — always verify with your operator prior to travel.
